Is Reslate free?
Yes. Reslate is free to use — up to 2 tailored CVs a day, with no account and no credit card required.
Does Reslate keep my CV or personal data?
No accounts, no database. Your saved CV lives only in your browser. The files you tailor are processed to generate your result and deleted shortly after — Reslate keeps no copies.
Will it keep my Overleaf LaTeX design?
Yes. When you upload your Overleaf .zip, Reslate edits your existing LaTeX so your template, fonts and layout stay exactly as you designed them. A plain PDF is re-typeset into a clean template instead.
How does Reslate tailor my CV to a job?
Reslate compares your CV against the job description and rewrites wording, ordering and emphasis to match the role — conservatively by default, so it never invents experience you don't have.
What do I get back?
A tailored CV as a downloadable LaTeX project (.zip), the main .tex file, and a compiled PDF — plus a side-by-side diff and a fit-to-job summary.
What happens to my contact details?
Before your CV is sent to the AI, your name, email, phone and links are swapped for placeholders, then restored in your downloaded result. Your real contact details never reach the AI.
Is my CV content shared with anyone?
The body of your CV — your experience and skills — is sent to our AI provider to tailor it to the job; that's how the tailoring works. Your contact details are masked first and never sent. Reslate itself stores nothing and keeps no copies. The provider processes your text under its own terms to produce your result.
